Spanish River Church

Upward Basketball and Cheerleading is a community sports league - specifically designed for children in kindergarten through 6th grade - that promotes character and self-esteem.  This is reinforced by giving equal playing time, highlighting strengths, and encouraging each child throughout the season.

Cost is $95 per child for basketball or cheerleading.

Multiple child discounts are available through online registration only. Call the church office at 561-994-5000 (8:30am to 5:00pm) for financial assistance information.

Upon registration at this time, your child will be wait listed until after a Player Evaluation and Sizing, which takes 15-30 minutes to complete. Cheerleaders only need to be sized.

PRACTICES            Begin week of Dec. 5, 2011

One-hour practices are held once a week for 1st-6th grades. All games are played on Saturday. Kindergarten teams practice Saturday mornings for 1/2 hour before their games.  (Note:  5th-6th grade basketball teams MAY play at First United Methodist Church (FUMC) in east Boca.)
