Coffee Hour

Our Coffee Hour team provide a place for members and visitors to gather on Sunday mornings between the 9:00am and 10:45am services. Volunteers prepare coffee and offer snacks, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that fosters community and relationships.

 

Deacons Benevolence Fund

Our Deacons help meet ongoing requests for financial help, budgeting, encouragement, and counseling. Donations help provide short-term financial assistance for essential needs such as food, shelter and health care. 

 

Frontlines

Our Frontlines Ministry is responsible for welcoming attendees each Sunday and fostering a safe, inviting atmosphere. Their smiling faces are the first thing members and visitors see each week. Volunteers strive to create an place of love and hope and welcome everyone with open arms.

 

HELPS Ministry

Our HELPS Ministry is dedicated to loving on people by making and delivering meals to our church family as well as to friends and neighbors in our surrounding community. Volunteers prepare and deliver meals to those needing temporary help after surgery, an illness, the birth of a baby, or a death in the family.

Knitting Group

Use your knitting skills to create warm blankets, sweaters and other items for orphans and needy children in other countries.

 

Li'l Angels

Our team makes and delivers gift baskets for families with newborns and families currently fostering young children up to two years old. These baskets are filled with essential and fun goodies for both parent and child.

 

Stephen's Ministry

Stephen Ministers are trained to give care to people who need a listening ear, a caring heart, and person who will stand by them. The focus is on the entire church body and the program is specifically designed to meet the needs of those members who are experiencing some hurt in their lives. Individual Stephen Ministers meet weekly with an assigned care receiver. 

 

Prayer Team

Our prayer team receives requests from our SRC family and intercedes for our communities, nation and world. Join us in becoming a prayer warrior.

Volunteers are required to be members of SRC.


Sew Together

Come together with other women who love to sew and create items to help the needy in our local community.  We generally meet on the third Friday of the month from 7:00 - 9:00pm in Chapel Classroom 2. Check the calendar for our next meeting date »
