Submitting this application form with enough notice will allow your Event or Launch to be considered for Bulletin Advertising, Photography, Email Advertising, Sunday Announcements, Social Media Advertising, and Advertising with Spanish River Christian School.

After submitting full and finalized details, your application will be processed within 24-48 hours. Upon processing, you will receive an update when it has been added to the Promotional Calendar.
Applications are processed and categorized depending on the factors below:
• volume of total events in the 7-week range• percentage of congregation invited
• date of full information submission
• current communications focus from leadership

The Communications Department must be notified through an application at least 7 weeks before the event in order to fulfill other commitments in the Promotion Calendar and market effectively.
Please note that if important details (dates, times, locations) have not yet been confirmed, you are not ready to submit.

Event: Serve the City, High School Skating, Ride4Orphans, Daughter-Mother Tea, Move-Up Sunday, Blood Drive, etc.
Events are typically one-day or have at least 2 months between occurrences.
Launch: Winter SRC Kids Club, SRC Students Summer Jam, Fall Women's LifeGroups, Upward, Summer ESL, etc.
Launches are typically the kick-off of the new "season" of a Ministry Program. A Ministry Program typically requires repeated attendance and occurs weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

SRC is a large church with over 40 ministries competing for attention. Combined with the staggering statistic that the average individual sees between 6,000 and 10,000 advertisements in a single day, many ministries, personalities, and firms are competing for our community's attention. Increasingly, the messages that bombard us do not carry truth and beauty. We cut through the noise with invitational, well-curated, and Gospel-centered content and spaces to cultivate community, strengthen families, equip His people, and make the transforming life and love of Jesus Christ known to our congregation and global neighbors.
