Church Planting Summit

Every year we welcome the church planters and their wives to come to be encouraged and rejuvenated during this four-day conference. Join us in serving these incredible men and women!

Rooted in the Gospel

SRC Church Planting is unique in the high level of involvement of our church community. We pray diligently, serve actively, and faithfully encourage those who are a part of our extended church-planting family. One of the ways we do this is by hosting a yearly summit.

This is a great way to serve these amazing men and women, and there are lots of ways you can get involved!

SRCP Host Homes

Each year during our Spanish River Church Planting Summit, we invite the SRC Family to host the church planters visiting from around the globe to host a church planter in their homes. This has become one of the most enriching parts of the event, for both the planters and hosts.

Church planters consistently say they prefer staying in homes over hotels or Airbnb. It gives them the chance to build real relationships with our church family and experience our community in a personal way. For international guests, it also helps them understand our culture!

Our need for host homes has grown each year, and we expect our largest group yet this year with more than 75 church planters and spouses. We aim to provide housing for all church planters attending the Summit, including those currently supported and those interviewing.

Hosting Options:

Hosting can look different depending on your capacity:

  1. Some provide a room, meals, and transportation around Boca Raton

  2. Others simply provide a place to stay

All levels of hosting are welcome!

Most meals during the Summit are provided by the church. Hosts are welcome to share additional meals or time with their guests if they choose, and many find this to be a meaningful part of the experience.

Make a difference for Church Planters who are changing the world! We are so grateful for how the SRC Family serves together and shows the love of Jesus.

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Photography gear, including cameras, lenses, batteries, drone, backpack, and accessories, laid out on a wooden floor.

    Photography

There is nothing quite like the Spanish River Church Planting Summit, where people come together from all around the world to be encouraged and equipped. The summit is packed with moments of happy reunions, laughter, prayer, and world-class teaching that we need you to help us capture!

  • Ten bagels on a black tray lined with parchment paper, some with sesame and poppy seed toppings, sitting on a gray marble surface.

Food Service Setup + Tear Down

Food service is a big part of the Church Planters Retreat. We serve numerous meals and snacks throughout the retreat and make LOTS of coffee. Many hands are needed to help! We will also need help setting up and breaking down after various sessions and events. Bring your muscles and help us make quick work of it!

  • Modern kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, oven, black backsplash, white cabinets, black pendant lights, and a white island with two black stools.

    Host a Planter

We are so excited to begin preparations for housing pastors and families for the 2025 Church Planter Summit. This is not only a great way to serve, but a wonderful opportunity to get to meet and know church planters from around the world.

  • The Unisphere, a large spherical stainless steel sculpture representing Earth, located in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in Queens, New York City, against a dark blue evening sky.

    Translation Services

Some of the pastors and their wives do not speak/understand English. Our translators help them get the most out of this summit. We are looking for people that can speak Portuguese or Spanish!
